Her leadership is defined by clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to building a resilient, well-governed, and future-ready company.

Dr. Fabian Ziegler has more than 30 years of experience in the energy and energy intensive sectors. During his 26 years at Shell, he held leadership roles in downstream, marine, strategy, procurement, and transformation, working in environments where safety and operational performance are essential.
In 2022, he became CEO of DCC Energy, guiding its shift toward a broader energy portfolio and supporting growth in low carbon solutions. Throughout his career, Fabian has built teams, improved operations, and strengthened safety practices.
He joined our company on 22 September 2025. His focus is on Commercial, Operational and Safety Excellence and on becoming the best customer company in the bulk storage industry.

Minoes Redert has extensive experience in audit, finance and financial leadership across international organizations. She began her career at PwC and later held various finance roles at Shell Nederland, working with teams in regulated and safety critical settings.
She served as CFO of NAM before joining our company on 1 August 2022. In her role, Minoes oversees Finance and Corporate Finance, Information Technology, People & Culture, Legal Affairs and Procurement.
She leads governance and risk management activities across the company.
